  • Foot & Core - Connection & Balance
  • Foot & Core - Daily Life Function

⦿  Each Session 30-60 Minutes Long.

Equipment Needed:

• Short & Long Resistance band 

• Bench/ Box

• Light/ Medium Dumbbells

• Small Stool/Step for Elevation 

• 2 Yoga Blocks 

• 4-7 kilo ball

• Hard Ball
